CAROLINE Flack is officially dating her handsome personal trainer Bradley Simmonds, The Sun Online can exclusively reveal.
The 39-year-old has been getting close to the ex-footballer, 24, in recent weeks, but stepped out on his arm for the first time over the weekend.
Caroline looked head over heels as she cuddled up to the trainer on a date on Friday.
A source told The Sun Online: “Caroline and Bradley tried to keep things professional but they’ve fallen head over heels and they’re now dating.
"After spending so much time together, they just fell for each other, although it’s still early days.
"They make each other laugh, and he’s a really nice guy.
"All her mates approve. Everyone’s over the moon for Caroline – she’s the happiest she’s been in a long time!”
The Love Island host hasn't been able to wipe the huge grin from her face during flirty fitness sessions over the past weeks.
Smitten Caroline has frequently shared snippets of them laughing and joking on social media.
Despite only starting off as an attraction between the pair, they're now taking things to the next level as they spend time together outside of the gym.
And in an extra nod to how well the relationship is going, Caroline shared a selfie of her with the love heart filter on her Instagram Story, after spending the evening with Bradley.
Her new romance comes following her heartbreaking split from Apprentice star fiancé Andrew Brady, 28, in December.

But keen to move on to happy future, Caroline has recently finished a dream role in Chicago as Roxy and been holidaying in exotic locations with her girlfriends.
After returning to the UK she enjoyed a cheeky snog with AJ Pritchard at the National Television Awards, but it looks like Caroline is now strictly coupled up with Bradley.
The fitness instructor already boasts a long list of celebrity clientele, including Jamie and Louise Redknapp.
