Dancing On Ice’s James Jordan fears he could be forced to leave show after nasty fall leaves him in agony
DANCING on Ice's James Jordan fears a hip injury could force him off the show following a nasty fall.
The 40-year-old professional dancer has been wowing the judges and viewers with his routines each week on the ITV show.
But writing in his Best magazine column, James revealed he took a nasty tumble and landed badly on his hip.
He said: "I fell practising a jump the other day and landed on my hip.
"Given I have arthritis there, it wasn't ideal. It hurt - a lot."
However the star - who is paired with Alexandra Schauman - hopes regular physiotherapy on the area will stop him making an early exit from the competition.
He added: "I'm getting daily physio and trying to man up. The last time I was in this much pain was when Brendan Cole and I were messing around backstage at Strictly, and he accidentally pushed
me down a set of stairs.
"I sprained my ankle and it went black!"
On Sunday's show, host Holly Willoughby was left red-faced after commenting on James' bottom.
James performed his highest scoring routine of the series so in pair of very tight leggings, which clearly didn’t go unnoticed by the hosts.
