Who is in Cheryl’s final three in The Greatest Dancer?
CHERYL Tweedy is putting her dance experience to good use as a mentor on The Greatest Dancer.
But who are the lucky acts to gain her expertise? Let's find out...
Who is in Cheryl's final three in The Greatest Dancer?
The Greatest Dancer has now reached the mentoring stage.
From now on each week the dancers will perform after collaboration from their Dance Captain - but it's the viewers at home who will decide who stays and who goes.
Cheryl managed to whittle it down to three dance acts.
Here's the lucky ones who made it on to #CherylSquad and the live shows:
Dane Bates Collective
The modern dance group is comprised of nine young ladies aged between 13-19.
The girls come from all over the country and were joined together to make the group by dance teacher Dane Bates.
Once a month they all meet in a central location - usually Liverpool - to rehearse and insist that despite coming from different ends of the UK they all share a close bond.
They said: "We all support each other, as we do not see each other very often it is so exciting when we finally meet up."
Frobacks
The Londoners are a four-piece group of street-dancers.
Frobacks formed a year ago but have been friends for years, having grown up in the same dancing community.
The boys - Ryan, Gilly, Alex and Reece - like to inject a bit of comedy into their routines.
They've described their different roles within the group: "Gilly is the ring master and the flamboyant one, Alex is the ladies’ man, Reece is the big friendly giant and Ryan tries to be the organiser and leader."
Harry & Eleiyah
The duo describe themselves as best friends.
Harry who comes from North Wales and Eleiyah who hails from Liverpool said: "We see each other every day and just have a silly relationship.
"We always get the giggles when we are not supposed to."
Describing when the mirror opened in their audition, Eleiyah said: "I didn’t even know where I was.
"I couldn’t believe how many people were in the audience. We weren’t expecting that many people!"
And Harry added: "The first person I noticed was Cheryl and I literally thought, ‘oh my god!"
Does Cheryl have any dance experience?
As a former member of Girls Aloud Cheryl, 35, learned the moves to many choreographed routines.
She also attended a summer school at the Royal Ballet when she was a teenager.
However Cheryl admits that compared to the other judges she's got the least amount of dance experience.
She said: “They’ve had really long careers in dance and in performing arts.
“Mentoring other people one-on-one like I did on X Factor might help me with the mentality of how things go.
"But in terms of knowledge and stuff, they’re more than qualified.”
Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has openly criticised Cheryl's place on the show calling the decision to make her a judge "questionable".
What has Cheryl said about her final three?
Dance Captain Cheryl has whittled down the contestants and chosen the three she will mentor and put through to the live shows.
: They’re all completely different acts.
"I have a female empowering, fresh contemporary group.
"I have a fun, funky all male street group and I’ve got a dynamic duo that are technically flawless.”
