AMY Childs has listed her glamorous Essex pad - and it's just one of her FOUR houses.
The 30-year-old reality star, who returned to Towie last year, often takes to social media to show off her plush £1million home.
Amy recently renovated and extended the home which she is believed to have paid £624,000 back in 2010.
Amy has ensured her home is immaculately decorated which has just put on market for £1million.
The living room, which is the perfect spot for the busy mum to spend quality time with her kids, features a stunning velvet couch and a trendy brick fireplace.
Showing off her sofa on Instagram, Amy gushed: "Absolutely in love with my new 'chesterfield' sofa from @distinctive_uk. So comfortable yet looks Amazing!
"This is going to look amazing in my new house 🏠 💕❤️ ps i am moving , eeekkkkk."
Meanwhile, her kitchen is fitted with glossy white cabinets, stone floor tiles and a glitzy hanging chandelier.
During lockdown, Amy spent plenty of time relaxing in the garden with boyfriend Tim and her children, Polly and Ritchie.
The outdoor area even features its very own personalised bar and hot tub.
Taking to social media, Amy shared a shot of the couple's outdoor bar and wrote: "Who’s wants prosecs🍹🍸..... Loving Amy and Tims bar, thank you @gardenbarssurrey."
Last year, the savvy mum-of-two told that she banked enough cash from her telly appearances to become a rental property mogul.
She explained: "I've done all the big TV shows - TOWIE, my own show, Big Brother and MasterChef. I have been really sensible with my money.
"I bought two houses that I rent out and I've also built a house in my mum's garden, so I've got four houses in total."
The star also told the mag that her own house, which she has spent thousands of pounds doing up, is a money-spinning "investment".
She said: "It was a repossession when I bought it. It was uninhabitable, but I knew it would make a great house and a good investment."
Amy added of the pad, which has gorgeous heated floors: "The decor is very me, with chandeliers and crushed velvet."
She also bagged planning permission to build an extension on the place.
When asked what the biggest thing she splashed the cash on was, Amy replied: "The hot tub, which was £15,000.
"That's the most extravagant thing I've bought. I used it all the time before the children came along, but now I don't get the time."
Amy admitted her other businesses have been on the slide as her property empire grew, saying: "We had to shut the salon as our lease ran out and they turned it all into apartments.
"It wasn't the right time to go through the whole process of opening a new salon when I was becoming a mum."
When New! asked about her other shop, she replied: "Someone was stealing money from the boutique for three years and I didn't want to deal with the stress any more."
