Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler urges court to come down hard on her for drink driving because she thinks ‘she’s above the law’
The 31-year-old said that he's 'p****d' with the TV personality for driving their children, Jett and Bunny, without a license
KIERAN Hayler has urged judges to come down hard on ex Katie Price for drink driving because she thinks "she's above the law".
The 31-year-old also said that he's "p****d" with the TV personality for driving their children, Jett and Bunny, without a license and said the thought of something happening to them "upset" him in a scathing new interview.
Speaking to , Kieran discussed her recent driving charges: "The thing that upset me most was the fact Jett and Bunny were in the car when she was driving on a ban. If she'd crashed and killed them, or someone else with no insurance, well that for me is crazy.
Adding: "Sometimes she thinks she's above the law and that's the trouble."
Discussing her upcoming drink-driving trial on 25 February, he urged the courts to not be "lenient" on her so she can learn a valuable lesson.
He shared: "If she does get done for drink-driving God knows what will happen. If she's found guilty, it will be her third driving conviction in 12 months, and that's ridiculous. She could even face prison.
"In my opinion they have to be careful they aren't too lenient on her. How will she learn?"
Katie crashed the pink Range Rover in the early hours of 10 October last year after attending now-boyfriend Kris Boyson’s birthday party in South London.
Police were called after Katie allegedly crashed the 4x4 into a VW Golf and a hedge on a gated estate in Woolwich at 2am.
She spent 13 hours in a cell in Plumstead police station and has subsequently been charged with being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle.
In court earlier this month, Katie denied the charge, despite being almost twice the legal alcohol limit.
She’s been bailed to attend Bexley Magistrates Court on 25 February when the trial will begin.
