Piers Morgan vows to unleash ‘uncontrolled violence’ if Good Morning Britain doesn’t win a National Television Award
The TV host has been urging viewers to back his daytime show
PIERS Morgan warned he'll unleash "uncontrolled violence" live on air if Good Morning Britain doesn't win a National Television Award tonight.
The TV host, 53, has already pledged to go vegan for a week if the programme scoops the award for Best Daytime Show, but he has upped the ante when it comes to missing out.

Speaking live on TV this morning, he said: ";What I will be doing, is if we do lose, there’s gonna be an incident live on television of uncontrolled violence."
It isn't the first threat Piers has made. He previously said he will strip off if they lose.
Meanwhile his co-host Susanna Reid previously vowed to present Good Morning Britain drunk if the show wins its first NTA.
The pair were delighted to share that they had been shortlisted for the Most Popular Daytime Programme accolade for the first time, and urged their fans to help them win.
However, the show faces stiff competition from its fellow nominees, including This Morning.

This Morning's hosts, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, have hit the headlines multiple times over the years after they turned up to present the show hungover, drunk, and in their clothes from the night before after winning the gong.
The pair always celebrate the victory with a boozy night out - and GMB's Susanna has vowed to do the same if they take home the gold, even though she's stopped drinking alcohol.

Discussing the nomination with Piers, Susanna said: "That night, if we win, I will drink."
Piers replied: "This is great, if you vote for us, and we win, Susanna Reid will break her alcohol-free [diet] - which has now been going on for about six months.
"And trust me, when she is drunk she is a live one."
As an angel halo appeared over Susanna's head, she reinforced: "I will get absolutely hammered."

Piers asked: "Will you come here and present the show drunk?" and when Susanna answered with a very definitive yes, Piers cheered and applauded the comment.
He added: "Susanna Reid will come in her evening attire, fresh from the NTA after party, if we win, and present the show drunk.
"I am normally half drunk anyway so it makes no difference to me but she doesn't drink."

Susanna added: "I will be 99% alcohol."
However, the veggie star drew the line at eating a meaty hamburger.
Meanwhile, Piers told viewers earlier in the show: "I will wear my birthday suit, in all its glory, if we lose.
"I will strip naked and do a conga only if we lose."
He then cut himself off, quipping: "I'm not going to say that because we will lose."

Susanna has been off the booze since early September after she underwent a health kick to help her lose weight.
The star revealed at the time that a doctor had warned her she had crept up to the "top end" of the body mass index scale.
Speaking on the podcast, Susanna explained why alcohol was the first thing to go.
She said: "When you cut alcohol out that is an easy couple of pounds.

"As you get older your memory is affected. I just thought 'alcohol is not great for your memory'."
However, she admitted that going to teetotal had been a struggle with her social life.
The mum of three elaborated: "I really miss it. When you are in a big social group and the shots come out, I miss letting my hair down."
