KATIE Price looked partied out as she stumbled home from dinner with Kris Boyson wearing skintight rubber leggings.

The former glamour model, 40, enjoyed a date night with her on/off boyfriend, 30, at Covent Garden's Sushi Samba restaurant on Monday evening.

She rocked a black faux fur jacket with a lime green jumper underneath, and paired the combination with sexy trousers and high-heeled boots.

While Kris looked smart in a blazer over a black turtleneck and skinny jeans.

It comes just as her petition to make online abuse a specific criminal offence, after her disabled son Harvey was targeted by trolls, won the backing of a parliamentary committee.

A report by the House of Commons Petitions Committee said self-regulation of social media has failed and current laws are not fit for purpose.

And yesterday, in a new interview, ex Kieran Hayler claimed that his son Jett, 5, called him a ‘d**khead’ after mum Katie Price "turned his kids against him".

The pair split in December 2017 after four years of marriage and Kieran told new! magazine: "I just don't want everything to be a drama.

"Not one part of me wants to fight. I don't want the kids to come home telling me, 'Mummy hates me.'

"Kate says a lot of things in front of the kids that they repeat and a lot of it is not very nice, let's put it this way. Jett came home once and said, 'Mummy says you're a d**khead.'"

Her night out also comes after The Sun Online revealed in December that Katie told pals that her New Year's resolutions were to give up drinking and lose weight.

A source said: “Katie is telling everyone she’s put on weight and never stops moaning about it, so she’s vowed to lose two stone in the New Year.

“She reckons that by quitting drinking in January, the weight will fall off."
