Tom, born Tomity Russell Walker, is a Welsh actor and television presenter.
He was born on November 4, 1972 - which makes him 46 years old.
The Overton, Wrexham native deferred a place at the Bournemouth University and got offered a job at Blue Peter during his gap year.
He is best known for presenting the children's show between 1993 and 1997.
