GEMMA Collins told Jason Gardiner to “shut up” as he branded her a ‘brat’ on tonight’s Dancing On Ice.
The Towie star , who was channelling Marilyn Monroe tonight, received the lowest score of the series so far and was slammed by Mr Nasty once again – which led her to hit back and start a furious on air row.
In an interview with The Sun this week, Jason branded her "lazy" and "mediocre" and claimed she is not working hard enough in the competition, just days after Holly Willoughby also questioned her professionalism.
Following her highly anticipated performance tonight Gemma - who scored a total of 13 out of a possible 40 for her skate - admitted she had a hard week.
She shared: "It's been a hell of a week and it's really knocked my confidence a bit too much. I enjoyed it tonight and I had fun and that's what I've come out to do."
But her complaints fell on deaf ears as Jason gave his verdict and told her she needed to improve in a scathing critique.
As the atmosphere turned very frosty, he said: "I know you were channelling Marilyn Monroe ... There wasn't any elegance like you were saying in the VT. She has to be elegant. She is a woman in control of her femininity. You were all over the place hun.
"And as Ashley said, there's not enough skating. This is your second skate now. You need to up the ante. We're not going to see big lifts from you. We're not going to get any impressive moves."
However, before he could continue, she interjected and fumed: "Can I just say one thing? Maybe if you didn't sell stories on me, I wouldn't have been so upset this week. So take that! Boring, boring! Don't sell stories on me."
When he tried to argue back she told him to “shut up” and started shouting that he was “boring.”
However, Jason fought back more telling the television personality: "This doesn't help your cause. It shows you're just a brat. Listen to what we're saying."
And it was up to host Phillip Schofield to jump in to stop it from getting "completely out of hand", quickly handing it over to Jayne to give her comments.
Those watching at home couldn't believe what they were watching and took to Twitter to comment on it.
One person wrote: "The GC going in on Jason Gardiner then doing a lap of honour on the ice is TV gold #DancingOnIce."
While another commented: "Gemma doesn't do herself any favours on #DancingOnIce answering back like that."
As someone else wrote: "So uncomfortable that. Come on guys totally unprofessional. #DancingOnIce."
During her performance, Gemma oozed glamour in a pink gown as she channelled Marilyn Monroe to skate to Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes for musical week.
There was some speculation about whether Gemma would be showing up this week after quite a drama-filled week.
The GC was accused of leaving last week’s show early because she was “bored” and had kept her fellow cast mates waiting at rehearsals while she “napped”.
This led Dancing on Ice hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby to question Gemma’s “professionalism” on This Morning, a move which has upset the Towie star all week.
Holly said: "I love Gemma and she’s great on the show. But there has to be a bit of professionalism that comes into any work you do."
The criticism kept on coming as in an interview with The Sun, judge Jason blasted her saying: "I can always see who’s lazy. Gemma is lazy. She doesn’t look like her heart is in it at all.
“I do despair — at the state of our society today and also the entertainment industry.
“When I grew up people were bloody good at what they did. They were exceptional at something, so you were inspired by people on TV.
“Now we celebrate mediocre in this country. That, it seems, has become the new celebrity.”
Jason also labelled Gemma "insecure" and urged her to stop complaining and start rehearsing as he worries she is a bad role model for young people.

Gemma later told The Sun Online in an exclusive chat that the stress of it all had led to a huge cyst on her shoulder appearing.
The heartbroken star told us: “In the eight years since starting on Towie I have never had what has happened to me this week.
“I have had nightmares, I have had non-stop dreams about my teeth falling out and when I googled it said it was stress related.
“I have woken up terrified thinking someone was in my house and screaming in the middle of the night.
"I even had a huge cyst removed off my shoulder last week that the doctor said was down to stress.
“This show has become blade wars.”
