Madonna is ‘onna the road again aged 60 as she prepares for a world tour
MADONNA is to kick off her first world tour in three years – hot on the heals of her big comeback album.
Set to start in late 2019, the tour is sure to take in big British venues and comes after the Queen of Pop confirmed her 14th album will drop this year.
Megastar Madge’s career has spanned four decades — and sources say she plans to go all out on the tour.
An industry source said: “Madonna is really excited about performing her new music and has spared no expense with the production.
“There will be the usual army of dancers, slick lighting and even some pyrotechnics.
“She might be 60 but she works incredibly hard to keep her body in the best shape possible and plans to show it off in some amazing outfits, so fans can expect an array of dramatic costume changes.
“Of course she’ll treat revellers to a few of her classic hits too. She adores performing and loves to see her fans.
“She’s hugely professional and always puts on a mind-blowing show. It’s going to be the hottest ticket in town.”
In October Madonna revealed she was putting the final touches to her album — and working on her MDNA Skin beauty range.
She said: “I’m finishing my record, which I’m going to release next year. Yep, in between rose mist spray and serums, I’m actually making music. Can’t quit my day job.”
The tour is her first since her £120million-plus-grossing Rebel Heart Tour, which blasted off in September 2015 — just a few months after the star took a tumble while performing at the Brits, due to her cape.
Of her tours the star has said: “I’ve done so many shows — world tours, stadiums, sports arenas — that I feel like I have to reinvent that now too.”
Hopefully, her elaborate costumes won’t include any cloaks.
The tours: 1985 - 2015
Our standout moments from Madge’s 30 years of touring . . .
1985: The Virgin – as she strips off at the end of Material Girl, her dad marches on stage and drags her off it, in a pre-rehearsed skit.
1990: Blonde Ambition – described by Rolling Stone as a “sexually provocative extravaganza”, the two-hour set sees Madonna simulate self pleasuring and debut her cone corset.
1993: The Girlie Show – rides a flying glitter ball into the audience, Miley Cyrus style.
2008: Sticky & Sweet – features pals including Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears dancing and singing on giant screens.
2015: Rebel Heart – successfully re-enacts her now famous staircase routine, which had caused her to take a tumble backwards at the Brits a few months earlier.

Kim's blotto baby blabbing
Kim Kardashian has admitted she was drunk when she revealed her latest baby news – and she must’ve had a few when deciding on this outfit.
The reality star confirmed her fourth child with rapper Kanye West will be a boy on US show Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
She said: “I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and told some people. I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk.”
They confessed, like Kim, to taking ecstasy.
Khloe said: “I’ve done it with Kim before.”
And Kourtney admitted: “I have. But I don’t think I did it with you two. I think I would kill myself.”
That might explain a lot about that family.

Posh nosh on Moss's big bash
With posh Chinese grub, booze on tap and a star-studded guest list, supermodel Kate Moss made sure her 45th birthday bash went off in style.
She partied the night away at China Tang in London’s Mayfair on Tuesday with her boyfriend Count Nikolai Von Bismarck and some of her closest A-list pals, including Liv Tyler, Meg Mathews and Stella McCartney.
She was filmed blowing out the candles on a huge cake, decorated with her Vogue magazine covers and “No fee, no me!” icing.
She left the bash with Nikolai – and some hired helpers who had to lug her mountain of presents to her car.
Rita Ora couldn’t make the do but shared a sexy snap on Instagram of the pair in bed. She told Kate: “You do so much for so many, here’s to your day!
“You deserve the world! I love you always and forever and I’m so happy to call you my friend.”

Saara's song to thaw ice judges
Just getting the skates on for Dancing On Ice seems hard enough to me.
But Saara Aalto is planning on making her routine ten times harder on Sunday – by becoming the show’s first contestant to sing and skate at the same time.
The X Factor runner-up will perform Let It Go, from Frozen, while dressed as queen Elsa.In an exclusive interview, she said: “I’ve recorded my own version so I’m going to be skating to my own singing on the ice – live.”
The routine with pro partner Hamish Gaman reduced coach Karen Barber to tears in rehearsals. Saara added: “She didn’t know I was about to sing, then when I started she began to suddenly cry. It just blew her away.”
Saara will be hoping it has the same impact on Jason Gardiner.
Her version of Let It Go is available to stream/ download from tomorrow.
