Who is Connie Lamb? The Voice contestant and Brit school student from Suffolk
THE Voice UK is back with a new set of contestants hoping to kick start a career in the music industry.
Here's everything you need to know about Connie Lamb...
Who is Connie Lamb?
Connie Lamb, 18, is a student from Woodbridge, Suffolk.
She previously attended Regent High School in Ipswich and now studies at the renowned Brit school.
In 2016 she auditioned for Britian's Got Talent when a scout came to her school.
She sang three songs including I'm Here from The Colour Purple but didn't progress beyond the first round.
Speaking to the at the time she said: “I’ve auditioned four times before, up and down to London, last year at The Kingfisher but I’ve never got any further.
"You still get nervous every time."
What is Connie Lamb singing in her Voice audition?
Connie is singing Skyscraper by Demi Lovato in her blind Voice audition.
The young singer has a YouTube channel where she uploads recordings of her performances and various covers.
She also sometimes posts videos of her singing to her Instagram account.

When is The Voice on ITV?
The Voice 2019 started on Saturday, January 5 and continues TONIGHT at 8pm on ITV.
The format of the show is that contestants take part in blind auditions and the judges spin round in their chairs if they want to mentor them.
The judges are Olly Murs, will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson and Sir Tom Jones
The show is hosted by Emma Willis.
This year for the first time trios are allowed to audition as well as soloist and duets.
