Coronation Street’s Tina O’Brien says she’s the ‘luckiest woman in the world’ after marrying Adam Crofts surrounded by co-stars
The 35-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday night to thank her guests for attending her New Year nuptials
CORONATION Street's Tina O'Brien feels like the "luckiest woman in the world" after marrying Adam Crofts.
The 35-year-old actress was joined at the New Year ceremony by her Corrie co-stars including Jack P. Shepherd and Alison King.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Tina - who plays Sarah Platt - shared the front cover of OK! Magazine featuring her wedding, and wrote: "I wish I could do it all again.
"I truly had the best day ever. All nerves and anxiety about “walking down the aisle” (for people who don’t know me I’m actually quite shy in certain situations) all of that evaporated when I realised I was surrounded by love and friendship.
"I got to marry my best friend and lover thanks @adamcrofts for committing to put up with my little bit of crazy.
"Big thanks you to all our friends and family for sharing our special day with us thanks team @coronationstreet I’m the luckiest women in the world getting to work with you all."
Tina then went on to thank everyone who helped make her special day possible.
She wrote: "Huge shout out to the talented women who made it happen..@knockknockpennystudio @empireveils @marieantoinettecakes_uk @knutsford_wedding_gallery @thesoireestylists @flower_lounge and @rococlothing @murrayandme_jewellery an awesome bunch of women thank you very much for all your hard work!

Speaking to OK! about the wedding, Tina said it felt "amazing to be finally be husband and wife".
Adam agreed, adding: "I just felt excited to finally be getting married.
