Jack Whitehall will be hosting the iconic event for the second year running and although we don't know who is performing yet, with acts like Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa and Sam Smith performing in past years it's sure to be unmissable.
We've got just one pair of tickets to give away, courtesy of Mastercard, (plus a whole package of other goodies) and we want to give it to someone who really deserves it.
