Peter Andre and wife Emily are woken up in bed by Michael McIntyre for hilarious prank

PETER Andre and his wife Emily MacDonagh were woken up in the middle of night by Michael McIntyre in a hilarious TV prank.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 45, and his doctor spouse were unexpected guests on BBC One's Michael McIntyre's Big Show.

Michael burst in on the couple while they were sleeping and surprised them with a mystery man in a kangeroo outfit.

And it was down to Peter to try and guess who was inside the costume by examining a series of clues.

Michael told Peter: "There are clues to who is inside this costume.

"There are clues in the pouch if you'd like to reach into the pouch!"

Peter was given a Scrabble case that spelled Midnight Games Owl - but the 'H' in Midnight was missing.

Michael said: "Right, what are you getting from that? If it's nothing you can reach in the pouch for another one."

Peter then received a second clue, which was a set of steps.

While looking at the clue, Peter said: "A stairs?"

Michael replied: "Is there anything else that you might call that, that isn't stairs?"

Peter answered: "Case?"

For his final clue, he took out a calculator that had 5, 6, 7, 8 written on the screen.

Peter then seemed to realise who was in the suit: "I know, I know!"

Michael said: "Yes? You've got Midnight Games Owl, you've got a microphone and you've got stairs, unless you want to think of another word for that."

The mystery man was then revealed to be Ian 'H' Watkins from Steps.

Michael McIntyre's Big Show continues this Saturday, 7pm, on BBC One.
