FANS of the Inbetweeners were left furious last night after realising the New Year's Day special wasn't a new episode.
Viewers took to Twitter to vent their frustration over the fact Inbetweeners Fwends Reunited - hosted by Jimmy Car - was just a compilation of the show's best moments.
The cast reunited for a New Year's Day special - but it wasn't a new episode of The InbetweenersJames Buckley, 31, Simon Bird, 34, Joe Thomas, 35, and Blake Harrison, 33 reunited to celebrate ten years since the smash hit comedy first aired.But they just provided fans with a recap and it left many disappointed... especially as there was no Emily Atack.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "Bit late to the party but was anyone else disappointed that the #Inbetweeners #FwendsReunited was a chat show and not an actual episode?!? And where was @EmAtack ???"
Another said: "What a disappointment the inbetweeners #FwendsReunited was! Absolutely pointless, I thought it was going to be a feature length episode, not some s*** awards with some of the best bits!"
