Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start started on Wednesday, January 2 and continues Wednesday, February 6 at 8pm on BBC Two.
The series is comprised of six half-hour episodes.
It follows from Tom Kerridge's previous BBC series How To Lose Weight For Good Eating Delicious Food.
The show will go head to head with Britain's Brightest Family, which airs at the same time on ITV.
What is Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start about?
The show will see Michelin chef Tom Kerridge help eight families to adopt healthier lifestyles via a six step plan.
In each episode Tom sets the families a series of challenges designed to make them think about food in a new way.
He helps plan weekly meals and shares his shopping list tricks, as well as demonstrating his simple recipes first hand at home.
Over 12 weeks the families will see their health, happiness and eating habits transformed for the better.

Who is Tom Kerridge?
Tom Kerridge, 45, is a chef from Salisbury.
He has previously appeared on MasterChef, The Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen.
His gastropub The Hand and Flowers in Buckinghamshire was the first pub to ever be awarded two Michelin stars.
He lost 12 stone by cutting out alcohol and adpoting a low carb diet.
