CHRISTOPHER Maloney revealed he's gained three stone after not leaving the house for 18 months during his crippling battle with depression.
“I was 11-stone when I came on and now I’m 14-and-a-half.
“When I had the treatment – the TMS treatment - I gained from eating stuff.
"I used to feel very guilty about eating. It used to upset me but now I’m just eating and putting on healthy weight."
He attributed his progress to "the magnetic treatment I had on my brain to stop the depression and anxiety".
Christopher also opened up about his body dysmorphia.
He revealed that it was thanks to his ill-fated appearance on Loose Women that he received the help he so desperately needed after a doctor reached out to him.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star said that the 30 sessions he did in August have helped his depression and issues with his identity go into remission.
Christopher looked the picture of health compared to his last appearance on the show during the summer.
Viewers blasted the panel for leaving the crooner - who's undergone over 20 cosmetic surgeries - shaking after being forced to look at his reflection in the mirror despite suffering from body dysmorphia.
Just last month Christopher revealed that treatment was working and his anxiety and depression was in remission after undergoing brain shock therapy.
The singer said he underwent the treatment in a bid to fix the condition as it was so bad he couldn't leave the house.
He said his mental health "spiralled out of control" and has chronicled his battle in his upcoming autobiography Wildcard.
He said: "[The book] is about my anxiety and depression as well and how I managed to deal with that and with the online trolls and how I ended up having drastic surgery."
The 40-year-old crooner said he wanted to "be open and honest about everything" in his life when writing the book.
