Oli cooked up a feast to make sure he made it to the finals.

He made a Dexter beef fillet with wild garlic and mushrooms.

Marcus was impressed by the dish and said: "Very clever... A little bit different and intriguing."

When is the final of Masterchef: The Professionals on TV?

MasterChef: The Professionals is now in finals week and airs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8 pm on BBC Two.

The final episode will be shown this Thursday (December 20).

The finalists are Matthew, Dean, Oli, and Laurence.
