ROBBIE Williams has been piling on even more pounds and pennies — by becoming the new face of Weight Watchers.
Its chiefs are so impressed they have asked Robbie to be a global ambassador.
His name will be unveiled on Boxing Day as millions of Brits start to think about shifting the festive flab.
Fans can follow his “wellness journey” on social media when it is launched by Weight Watchers, now rebranded as WW.
Robbie, 44, said: “It is the first programme that truly feels like it fits with my life."
He added: “I can’t keep trying the same things and hoping for a different outcome.
"I trust the history of behaviour science that WW has.”
Oprah Winfrey and Kate Hudson will also be ambassadors.
Robbie’s deal is likely to be worth at least six figures and follows his £10million payday when he and wife Ayda joined The X Factor panel.
The singer, who has not disclosed his weight, previously admitted to being sensitive about his size.
In 2013 he even poked fun at himself with the song No One Likes A Fat Pop Star.
