Billi Mucklow in terrifying cancer scare as she has secret surgery to remove tumour from her neck
BILLI Mucklow suffered a terrifying cancer scare as she underwent secret surgery two weeks ago to remove a tumour from her neck.
The former Towie star, 30, shared pictures of herself lying in hospital after the operation and declared the last five weeks have been "really scary".
Mum-of-two Billi, who is the partner of footballer Andy Carroll, had been suffering breathing problems and found a lump in her throat.
After undergoing rounds of tests, doctors decided to operate and remove her thyroid as well as the tumour.
In a post on Instagram tonight, she revealed she has now finally got the all-clear from cancer.
She wrote: "The Last 5 Weeks Have Been Really Scary...
"I have had some major surgery removing a Tumour in my neck that I found some weeks ago due to a visible lump, constantly loosing my voice and breathing restrictions.
"After many tests and biopsy only option was to have the lump removed along with my Thyroid...
"I’ve been waiting two weeks to get the results hoping it's wasn’t the 'C' word and today I got them results and got the all clear ."
She went on to thank her friends and family for looking after her over the last five weeks, describing Andy as her "rock".

Billi added that she's proud of the new scar on her neck and she's looking forward to celebrating Christmas with her loved ones.
She wrote: ""Looking forward to Christmas with my family and beautiful children that I adore more than anything...
"My new scar now makes me smile, I’m stronger and realise what’s important in my life."
