I’m A Celebrity’s Harry Redknapp ‘forced to eat by campmates’ after refusing jungle grub
I'M A Celebrity's Harry Redknapp had to be "forced to eat" by his campmates after refusing the jungle grub.
Malique Thompson-Dwyer, who left the show last night, has revealed the footie manager is really struggling with his meals.
Former Hollyoaks star Malique, 20, says the campmates have rallied around Harry, 71, and made sure he is getting enough food because they are worried about him wasting away.
Malique told the Harry has real issues with the unusual types of meat that have been served up.
He said: “There have been days where we have to pretty much force him to eat.
“He had a thing about the emu, he didn’t like the emu. Then he saw a crocodile’s head.
"We will get the meat and cook it and make the vegetables nice and then sometimes he will say: ‘I can’t eat the meat.’”
Malique added that Nick Knowles has really looked after Harry and made sure he gets some good-tasting grub.
He said: “If Nick wasn’t there to cook the food I don’t think Harry would have made it."
It comes after another evictee - Noel Edmonds - revealed he is worried about Harry.
