Mel B speaks candidly about her marriage to ex Stephen Belafonte.
She claims that during the ten years they were together he subjected her to emotional and physical abuse.
She says in the book: 'I felt helpless because I'd allowed this man into my life, and, little by little, insult by insult, indignity by indignity, deal by deal, sex tape by sex tape, I had allowed him to completely take over."
She also accuses him of having an affair with their nanny Lorraine Giles.
In her book she reveals that she didn't have the courage to divorce Stephen until her father Martin died of cancer in March 2017.
She says: I didn’t go to my father’s funeral. I found a house and a divorce lawyer.
"I moved myself and my children out and asked a judge to put a restraining order on Stephen."
The couple finalised their divorce in August 2018.

But back in August it was claimed that Mel B's book could put a spanner in the works.
A source told The Sun's Bizarre column: “After the book comes out, there’ll be no hope of the Spice Girls getting back together. It’s going to dig up a lot of old dirt.
“Mel talks about how Victoria wouldn’t lend her anything from her fashion range when it launched and told her to pay for dresses, which went down like a lead balloon.”
A source revealed to : "This book is going to be explosive, so of course Posh and her team are fearing the worst. Victoria hasn’t been allowed to see it and Mel most definitely has a reputation for mouthing off."
