Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson get matching post-breakup tattoos
ARIANA Grande and her ex-fiancé Pete Davidson appear to have got matching break-up tattoos.
The singer, 25, was engaged to 25-year-old Saturday Night Live star Pete but they went their separate ways in October and Ariana has been getting any ink tributes she had to Pete covered up.
But it seems they have unwittingly got body art that actually matches since their split.
Warbler Ari now has a black heart on a finger on her left hand and actor and comedian Pete has two black hearts behind his left ear.
Pete’s hearts cover up a tattoo that was inspired by Ariana’s Dangerous Woman album.
Ariana’s heart tattoo covers a tiny tattoo of where Pete’s name once sat on her body.
The musician’s new tattoo was spotted as she promoted her upcoming single by posting a still from the music video for her track Thank U, Next.
Ariana had previously used a plaster to hide the tattoo of Pete’s name on her ring finger during a performance just 24 hours after the couple announced their split.
The US star was keen to hide any evidence of her four-month romance with the SNL host during a pre-recorded set for a Wicked tribute for NBC last month.
Ariana returned to work to film her part in NBC's Wicked 15th anniversary special.
But she used a sticking plaster on her ring finger to hide her former fiance's name as she belted out The Wizard and I during the pre-recorded tribute to the hit musical.
Her huge engagement ring, reportedly worth a whopping £75,000, was also nowhere to be seen.
Her family were said to be "so worried" for Ariana as she threw herself into a hectic schedule of work to get over the break up.
A source told PEOPLE: "She’s staying strong and focusing on work right now, but her friends and family are definitely worried about her.
"Ariana’s been through a lot and emotionally things have been so up and down for her this year."
