Harry and Noel are set to take part in Nero to Zero, which involves drinking fish eye juice and has been branded the grossest show challenge ever, and Extra Camp host Joe and reality star Olivia initially refused to give it a go because they thought it was so disgusting
I'M A Celebrity: Extra Camp host Joe Swash and show guest Olivia Attwood have been made to give Noel Edmonds' and Harry Redknapp’s tough upcoming Nero to Zero Bushtucker Trial a go after first of all refusing because they thought it was so foul.
The challenge has been branded the most disgusting ever in the history of the show and Noel, 69, and Harry, 71, will be forced to take part if they want to win meals for themselves and their campmates.
Former EastEnders actor Joe and reality star Olivia were adamant they would not give it a go during Friday night's episode of the ITV2 spin-off show because it was simply too horrific, but they were eventually forced to do so and will be seen doing their best in scenes which will air on the programme on Saturday night.
Legendary broadcaster Noel and former football manager Harry have been living a life of luxury as part of jungle Emperor Noel’s empire, but hosts Dec Donnelly and Holly Willoughby warned the stars that Noel’s empire had fallen at the end of Friday night’s episode.
The other stars will watch as Harry and Noel take part in the trial – which sees the stars have to hold a variety of critters in their mouths for one minute.
With seven rounds in total, the men are also forced to eat a sheep’s brain with a spoon, as well as a bowl of fish eyes.
In one of the grossest trials in the show’s history, Noel and Harry must squeeze the juice out of the eyes with their teeth into a funnel that leads to a cup.
When he was told Nero to Zero was “probably the grossest thing we’re going to do all series”, Joe exclaimed: “What?!”
A member of the production team explained: “So they both have a bowl of raw fish eyes in there.
“You take it, you put it in your mouth, you squeeze the juice out with your teeth, the juice goes down there [a funnel], into the cup and then they have to get it to the ‘crystaly’ red line and then, guess what, they both have to then drink it.”
An excited Joe shouted: “I can’t wait to see Noel do this!”
This will be both Noel and Harry’s first Bushtucker Trial since arriving in camp.
The pair are this year’s two highest paid celebrities, with Noel bagging a record-breaking £600,000 for his jungle stint.
Harry nabbed £100,000 less –securing half a million pounds to slum it in the Aussie outback.
