Noel Edmonds’ bizarre daily health regime revealed – from being infused with electromagnetic energy to exercising slowly in the dark
NOEL Edmonds looks virtually the same now as when he first started presenting on TV back in the 1970s.
While some stars turn to cosmetic surgery for a little tweak here and there to help them remain young looking, Noel, 69, has never resorted to such tactics.
He previously told : "No. Nothing. No Botox, no facelifts.
"I’ve had two laser surgeries for my eyesight, that’s it. The rest is down to good genes and my unique personal formula for good health."
And his health regime certainly is "unique", as he spends 15 minutes a day lying on an EMPpad Omnium 1, which is a £2000 mat which claims to infuse your body with electromagnetic energy.
He explained: "I started using the EMPpad a year ago and I thought it was useless at first, but my wife, Liz, said she could see a difference so I stuck with it.
"Then I could see my hair was thicker, my nails were stronger, the exercise I was doing in the gym was becoming easier and less painful."
Whether the mat ends up being his luxury item in the I'm a Celebrity jungle remains to be seen.
But Noel also swears by drinking Grander Water, which is water restructured back to its ‘natural source state’, as well as meditating, avoiding red meat and drinking health shakes.
The star mainly follows an alkaline diet, but most bizarrely of all, he exercises very slowly in darkness for a total of an hour a week while listening to electronic pulses.

That should keep the night vision cameras in camp occupied once he joins his fellow celebrities then.
Noel has secured I’m A Celebrity’s biggest ever payday by bagging a massive £600,000 fee.
The Sun revealed earlier this week how the Deal or No Deal star will be a late arrival to this years series, which also features Harry Redknapp and John Barrowman.
