LOOSE Women's Nadia Sawalha stripped off and wrote kind words on her body to recreate Little Mix's Strip video.
The TV star penned "makes great cheese toasties" on her thigh, as the panel tweaked the band's anti-bullying message to make compliments to themselves instead on the show earlier today.
The girl band - who are releasing their new album LM5 tomorrow - have posed naked with nasty comments written on their bodies as part of anti-bullying statement and to promote song Strip.
Now, the ITV show's panel joined in with stars including Jane Moore, Gloria Hunniford and Andrea McLean twisting the theme slightly to write nice things about themselves on post-it notes which they then stuck on their body.
However, Nadia, 53, took it one step further, and a prerecorded video showed the former actress stripping down to a towel backstage.
On her chest she wrote in marker pen "got all my own teeth", while on her arm she added, "make a perfect boiled egg" and her leg was brandished with, "makes a good cheese toastie".
It comes as Nadia shocked viewers when she announced that she wasn't convinced by Meghan Markle's new role as a royal, calling it 'the performance of a lifetime'.
The Loose Women panellist commented on the Duchess of Sussex during a segment of the show where the women discussed the family photo taken for Prince Charles' 70th birthday.
About the pic of Meghan posing alongside her husband Prince Harry, Prince Charles, his wife Camilla, Prince William, his wife Kate Middleton and their children George and Charlotte, Saira Khan commented: "Meghan looks very relaxed, doesn't she?"
But according to the panel, Nadia is a 'Meghan watcher' and has been closely watching Meghan since she joined the royal family and married Prince Harry in May.
She said: "I am intrigued by her. I am on the edge. I am watching."
When questioned what she was watching, she replied: "I am watching her."
She added: "I think there is a chance that it could be the performance of a lifetime. The greatest role of her life."
Saira then quipped at the public not being on board with her opinion that the Duchess is acting, but Nadia continued to argue that she wasn't convinced by her marriage to Prince Harry.

"Everything just seems a bit too effected," she said.
Before adding: "How often am I wrong on these things, girls?"
However, fans of the show were shocked by the comments about Meghan, who announced her pregnancy last month, and took to Twitter to vent.
