THE APPRENTICE's Kayode Damali has revealed the sneaky, tried-and-tested tactic Sabrina Stocker used to get him fired.
In tonight's episode, the public speaker - who insists he should have been the one ultimately hired by Lord Alan Sugar - became the latest contestant to be eliminated from the hit BBC show.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, the 26-year-old contestant from Cheshire said that he fell foul of an age-old Apprentice tactic.
Kayode, who was brought back into the boardroom by project manager Tom Bunday, 28, along with Sabrina, 22, explained: "I knew Tom would bring me back on, I knew that was coming.
"We had clashes during the task. I respect him - it's like being in the playground when kids have a scrap.
"Unfortunately for me I came out on the losing side.
"I got on with Sabrina, but I wasn't surprised she turned on me in the boardroom.
"People don't want to stick it on the project manager in case they get brought back.
"I never ran with that tactic, but I think a lot of people did try to side with the PM so that if they were on the losing team they could say they'd always been on their side.
Despite being fired, he added: "In my head I'm not fired, I've already won. Anyone could take the silver as long as I'd won.
"I was shocked it was me who went. Maybe I was a bit too complacent because I thought Lord Sugar would remember how good I am."
The task for week seven saw the candidates founding urban gardening businesses and pitch to corporate clients as well as the general public.
Narrowly making the largest profit was Daniel Elahi's team, which included the fiery Khadija Kalifa and Jackie Fast.
Kayode now hopes to use Apprentice fame to keep inspiring people with his public speaking in schools, prisons and other locations.
It comes as it was revealed in September that Kayode is already famous after appearing on telly before.
The star has already featured on Come Dine With Me as well as a televised EU debate.
Some viewers may spot a familiar face among the hopefuls lined up for the latest Apprentice series.
This is not Kayode's first taste of the telly as he's already appeared as one of Come Dine With Me's contestants.
The motivational speaker appeared in the Crewe and Stoke edition last year hoping to nab the £1000 prize.
And Kayode's charm and smooth-talking also brought him to the centre of attention at an EU debate hosted by BBC presenter Victoria Derbyshire in 2016.
The confident chap seized his chance to gain some air-time during the televised debate by asking the journalist out in front of the entire audience.

On the subject of movement within Europe, Victoria said "You can just get up and go anywhere in Europe."
To which a flirty Kayode quipped: " I could just leave right now if I wanted to... you can come with me if you want... we could go together."
The shocked audience took a moment to react to the young lad's display of confidence before erupting into laughter.
