Katie Price admits she’s facing a visit from bailiffs over unpaid parking ticket
Her financial woes have been widely reported but during an hour long special of her reality TV show, Katie revealed the extent of the crisis she is facing
KATIE Price is facing another visit from the bailiffs – this time over an unpaid parking ticket.
The 40-year-old narrowly avoided bankruptcy for a second time in October but she’s admitted she could be back in court again sooner than she’d have liked.
During an hour long special of her reality TV show, Katie told viewers she’d received a County Court Judgement after forgetting to pay a parking fine.
The CCJ means a court has formally decided an individual owes money and demands you pay back the cash, which can be done in manageable instalments.
If payment isn’t made, the bailiffs could come knocking – but Katie didn’t seem phased.
She found the unpaid fine while showing the cameras around her messy mansion.
Pulling the bright yellow fine out of a draw, Katie laughed: “No wonder I have County Court Judgements!
“Here’s another parking ticket I haven’t paid!”
It wouldn’t be the first time the mum-of-five has had bailiffs knocking on her door in recent months.
Her ex Kieran Hayler told The Sun Katie regularly had debt collectors knocking at the door of her West Sussex mansion.
Most notably, an angry electrician claimed he had still not been paid £3000 he was owed for work he had done.
Katie was once thought to be worth £45million at the height of her fame.
She raked in £6.2million from a string of reality shows in her heyday and £3.5million for an Asda lingerie collection.
However after blowing her cash she’s now in a dire financial position.
She now has until 4 December to work out a way of paying back what she owes.
Katie is keeping upbeat about her situation however and has assured her fans she will bounce back.
