In a recent interview, Jennifer spoke briefly about her fitness regime, explaining how she doesn't drink caffeine or alcohol and sleeps a lot.
She told magazine: "I've taken care of myself, and now it shows."
The actress and singer also said: "In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, ‘Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good.’"
Jen added that she still likes to embrace the street fashion she wore growing up in the Bronx.
She said: “It’s what I still often wear to this day, the big hoops and, you know, gold jewellery.
"I always like to mix the glam with a bit of the hood.”
