Emmerdale spoilers: Matty Barton and Robert Sugden panic as Victoria Barton continues to go off the rails

VICTORIA Barton is a cause for concern in Emmerdale next week as she continues to go off the rails after finding out that her estranged husband Adam has moved on with another woman.

She’s already had a fling with Ellis Grant and Matty Barton and Robert Sugden are concerned as they spot her getting flirty with badboy drayman Leon.

Matty and Diane Sugden are worried when they find out that Victoria is meeting up with Leon for a second time, aware that he has a bad reputation.

But Victoria – Isabel Hodgins – isn’t pleased about their interference and – aware she’s being watched – flirts with Leon in front of their faces to make a point.

Matty and Diane try to intervene but a defiant Victoria ends up taking Leon home with her.

Back at home Leon makes a move on Victoria and – even though she’s determined to be reckless – when he tries to take things further than kissing, she pushes him away.

She’s horrified when Leon then starts being verbally abusive to her, fearing what he might do.

Luckily for Victoria, her brother Robert has heard about her going home with lecherous Leon and arrives in the nick of time.

As Robert tells Leon to sling his hook, will Victoria finally stop her mission of self-destruction?

Victoria’s world was shaken up last month when she discovered that Adam hadn’t killed Emma Barton, but was taking the blame for his mum Moira who he didn’t think would cope in prison.

When she realised her husband was innocent, Victoria became determined to find him and go on the run with him.

But she was left heartbroken when Aaron Dingle told her that Adam had met someone else.

Leon will be played by Rob Norbury, who has landed a role on the ITV soap after his two-year stint on Hollyoaks back in 2010.
