BAKE Off fans spotted a huge mistake in Kim-Joy's show-stopper last night that was completely missed by the Judges.
The star recreated the lost city of Atlantis for her final masterpiece, and while she triumphed in her baking, viewers clocked an awkward blunder elsewhere.
Kim-Joy was making the location out of biscuit, cake and confectionery, in a bid to become 2018 champion.
Wanting it to seem as authentic as possible, she enlisted the help of host Sandi Toksvig to find out how to spell Atlantis in ancient Greek.
However, the presenter managed to spell the word wrong in a hilarious gaffe - which Kim-Joy then copied incorrectly onto her sculpture.
The mistake did not go unnoticed by viewers, with one writing on Twitter: "I most enjoyed the Bake Off final but when they spelled out Atlantis in Ancient Greek for Kim-Joy they spelled it wrong and that bothered me a lot more than it should have done."
While another added: "#GBBO tonight really irritated the inner Ancient Greek geek inside me, completely misspelled the Greek for Atlantis. P.S. fuming that Kim-Joy didn’t win."
Further fans chimed in: "And tonight all the classicists in Britain are like 'that's not how you spell Atlantis in Ancient Greek, Kim-Joy!'"
And: "That is absolutely not how you spell Atlantis in Ancient Greek, who lied to Kim-Joy??"
While another joked, beside a string of laughing emojis: "Kim-Joy got Sandi to help her spell Atlantis and it was wrong!"
While the mistake went unnoticed by judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood, it was still Rahul Mandal who was crowned Bake Off champion.
The research scientist triumphed in the tent after whipping up his own version of an English rock garden, made from choux pastry, biscuits, and chocolate and lemon sponges.
However, Kim-Joy was nothing but delighted for her pal, stating after his win: "I am so so pleased for Rahul, and I'll just tell people I was in the final, it speaks for itself."
