He may have only just won Bake Off but bookies are already tipping Rahul Mandal to go into the jungle.

Last night he scooped the top prize and was crowned king baker.

Spokesman Paddy Power said: “We think the Bake Off’s star baker could soon be star hunting in a Bushtucker trial.

“It’ll be a huge culinary change, though, as this series of the Bake Off skipped kangaroo testicle week.”

Rahul, 30, is a research scientist from Rotherham who moved to the UK when he was 23 on a student scholarship.

The baking star overcame two disasters to be crowned the unlikely Great British Bake Off winner.

Rahul could be in line for a major payday after winning this year's show.

The 51-year-old news anchor was approached by bosses about signing up for the 2018 series.

A source said: "Kate has been approached by show producers because they know she would be TV gold.

"Kate has always been relatable and game for a challenge but since entering her fifties she’s embracing all aspects of life and sees the Aussie jungle as the ultimate life test."

She began her TV career in the 90s working as a reporter for ITV's Meridian, ITV News Central and BBC News 24.

Kate made the switch to mainstream TV and became a household name when she joined the presenting team of GMTV in 2000.

She continued her hosting role on ITV Breakfast when GMTV switched to Daybreak in 2011, although she took more of a back seat as Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakleytook on the main hosting roles.

When the show switched to Good Morning Britain in 2014 she joined the main presenting line-up again.

The Sun revealed how the 71-year-old will be taking part in the hit ITV show I'm a Celebrity next month.

Harry managed the Tottenham Hotspur team for almost four years and is the uncle to former Chelsea player Frank Lampard.

Redknapp has two sons - Jamie, a retired pro footballer and Mark, who works in modelling

The football boss is also reported to be heading down under and taking on the challenge of life in the camp.

The former midfielder finished his career at the Seattle Sounders as a player coach making 24 appearances before becoming an assistant at Oxford City for Bobby Moore.

His first major coaching role was at AFC Bournemouth where he was assistant manager to David Webb.

Redknapp also managed clubs including West Ham, Southampton and Birmingham but his most famous period as a manager was whilst he was at Portsmouth for his second spell.

Who else could be joining Rahul Mandal, Kate Garraway and Harry Redknapp on I'm A Celebrity 2018?

"Obviously, I didn’t think anyone would like me, never mind… sorry, I’m really taken aback.

The show was marred with claims that the campmates were bullying Iain Lee who finished third.

Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas came second.
