ROSIE Williams has said she is planning marriage after it was revealed she is dating a businessman accused of causing death by careless driving.

The Love Island star claimed she had “found love”, as it was exclusively revealed by The Sun earlier this month that her new boyfriend Wayne Davies was awaiting trial for causing death by careless driving.

Earlier this month, we revealed Rosie, 26, was seeing a 31-year-old finance director who is accused of causing the death of navy recruit James Edwards, 22, in Greater Manchester in March 2017.

Now, in a new interview with the , the star – who has refused to name her new man – said: “All I want to say is I have a boyfriend.

“I haven’t said to anyone who he is, I am happy and I have found love.

“I’ve known him for about 18 months, so we knew each other before Love Island.

“When I went onto the show, he was no longer part of my life in a romantic way.

“I don’t think he quite liked me being on the show.

“When I came back, it gave us a chance and we started dating again.”

The solicitor-turned-reality-TV-favourite, who enjoyed a fling with Adam Collard in the villa, continued: “I feel like you are just ready when you are with the right person.

“I am in the position I would like to get married first.

“Obviously I’ve just entered this new crazy world so I want to push my career as much as possible for a couple of years and then hopefully look to settle down.”

It comes after The Sun revealed earlier this month that Rosie is dating a businessman accused of causing the death of a navy recruit by careless driving.

The 2018 contestant had been on a romantic break with Wayne as he awaits trial next year.
