KATIE Price's mucky mansion in West Sussex is so revolting it could be unsellable.
The former glamour model's £2million home has fallen into such disrepair it may be difficult to find a buyer, according to an expert.
In August, The Sun's Bizarre column exclusively revealed the mum-of-five's huge pad is messy because she let her dogs poo inside her home and the previous month, pictures showed the property strewn with rubbish and dirty furniture.
Now, an insolvency practitioner has indicated that her house is unlikely to sell for very much were it to be put on the market.
What's more, they say it may also be of very little value to creditors if Katie, 40, is made bankrupt.
Diane Dunion, of Dunion & Co. in Stoke-on-Trent, told : "Say the only asset she’s got is the house, by the time the bankruptcy trustee gets her out of the home, which can take up to two years, then very often the bankruptee doesn’t pay the mortgage and leaves it in a bad state.
"I’ve had the experience that the debtor has made a mess of the house and really are you going to pay your mortgage? Possibly not.
";The house will sell for less, you’ve got the costs on top, then there won’t be anything left for the creditors."
Earlier this year, The Sun exclusively revealed how Katie is trying to sell her £2million home.
The house in Horsham, West Sussex, costs Katie around £10,000 a month to maintain, and the reported she was trying to offload it to save some cash.
It comes as it was exclusively revealed by The Sun Online earlier today that Katie is seeing rich ex boyfriend Alex Adderson again – just five days before her bankruptcy hearing.
She is secretly hooking up with the businessman and was messaging him all weekend.

An insider tells The Sun Online: “Katie just can’t cut things off with Alex. He was furious with her after she went to Kris Boyson’s birthday, and the arrest, but he’s speaking to her again.
“They planned to meet up in a central London hotel this week. She’s trying her best not to be spotted meeting him – and of course she’s got to fit their meetings in between her treatment at The Priory.

“They’ve been hooking up in hotels in the afternoon to secretly spend time together – and I doubt they’re doing much talking.
“He treated her really well when they were together – buying her gifts and treating her to hotel stays and dinner – and that’s something she misses now she’s skint.”
