From a comedy legend to one of the biggest boybands in the UK, here's the lowdown on Saturday's show...
When is The Jonathan Ross Show on?
Jonathan Ross has returned with yet another series.
This year the show will have 12 instalments, with Saturday, October 27 episode the ninth in the series.
You can catch it on ITV1 at 10.35pm this Saturday, straight after The X Factor.

Who is on The Jonathan Ross Show this week?
Brendan O'Carroll
Brendan O'Carroll is an Irish comedian and actor, best known for portraying Agnes Brown on the hit BBC One show Mrs Brown's Boys.
The 63-year-old is the youngest of 11 children and was born in Dublin to mum Maureen, a Labour TD, and dad Gerald, a carpenter.
Other than Mrs Brown's Boys, he has frequently appeared on The Late Late Show, co-wrote the screenplay to boxing movie Sparrow's Trap and has starred in a number of films and TV shows.
He has been married twice - to Doreen O'Carroll from 1977 to 1999 and Mrs Brown's Boys co-star Jennifer Gibney from 2005.
Emma Willis
Emma Willis, 42, from Birmingham, is a popular radio and television presenter.
In 2002, Emma landed her first big presenting job with MTV and after that, she went on to guest host CD:UK, This Morning and Loose Women.
By 2015, Emma had made a name for herself in the TV presenting world and she landed both Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother and was announced as the host of The Voice UK.
Emma has three children with Busted member Matt Willis and the two recently celebrated their ten-year anniversary together.
She can next be seen as the host of new show Delivering Babies, which can be seen on UKTV's W channel.
Boyzone
Boyzone are an Irish five-piece boyband that was once managed by former X Factor star Louis Walsh and has since become one of the biggest forces in Irish music.
During their time in the charts, they scored eighteen top ten hits in the Official UK Chart with six UK hit singles - making them the second biggest boy band after Take That.
The band will be bringing out a new 25th-anniversary album and the stars exclusively revealed they plan to then part ways.
However, the Sun revealed how the Boyz have managed to get Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith to write songs for the new record.
