Love Island’s Georgia Steel forced to deny cheating on Sam Bird with her manager after posting about ‘late-night drives’ hours after split
The reality TV star hit out at ridiculous claims she had an affair with Steve West after posting on social media about 'late-night drives'
NEWLY single Love Island star Georgia Steel has been forced to deny "laughable" claims she cheated on ex-boyfriend Sam Bird with her manager.
The 21-year-old was linked with her tour manager Steve West after she posted about going on "late-night drives" with Steve West hours after split.
But Georgia hit out against the ridiculous claims made by the Mirror and MailOnline, telling fans: "The story of myself being linked with Steven West. This is laughable.
"He is my tour manager who drives me to all my PAs.
"Nothing more."
A source told The Sun Online: "The rumour that Georgia has been cheating on Sam with her manager is ridiculous.
"He's twice her age and is horrified that he's been dragged into it.
"They are good friends as he drives her around the country to make appearances at clubs to meet fans.
"It's totally untrue anything happened between them."
The Sun Online today exclusively revealed that their three-month romance ended abruptly after she met up with her former flame, who she dated for a year prior to entering the villa.
They are the fifth couple to split since starting a romance in the Love Island villa this summer.
A source close to Georgia told us: “The relationship ended after Georgia was accused of being unfaithful, after she met up with her ex.
“But Georgia insists she hasn't been disloyal at all – and has told Sam that nothing actually happened.
“She did meet up with her ex because she still had loads of his stuff and wanted to give it back.
Sam announced the pair had called it quits last night and admitted he was too upset to reveal the real reason behind their shock break-up.
“They ended up having a bit of a heart to heart, with Georgia admitting things weren't going very well with Sam and she ended up staying the night - but in the spare bedroom.
“Sam was furious and really shocked when he found out and decided to end it all. Georgia is devastated as she really loved him and wishes him nothing but the best.”
The source added: “Sam and Georgia’s relationship had been struggling before this. They spent a lot of time apart because of their conflicting schedules and in all honesty they had started falling out of love before she was accused of cheating.”
