SOPHIE Kasaei has revealed she is going under the knife for a 2nd time for another breast uplift surgical procedure.
It comes after she lost an incredible two stone last January after being “stuck in a rut” and even told to die by trolls for being overweight.
Sophie has revealed she is going under the knife for a 2nd time for another breast uplift procedure.
The gorgeous Geordie Shore star told The Sun Online ahead of the launch of MTV show's 18th season: "My body is not tight, I've got imperfections everywhere. I'd never get a tummy tuck, but I'd love to get a breast uplift again," she said before showing her boobs to reveal what she meant.
It's not the first time the 30-year-old has been under the knife.
Sophie said: "I had a breast uplift. I lost a lot of weight. This was about four or five years ago I got it before I had lost all the weight.
"It was because I'd lost all the weight I had saggy boobs and there was nothing left.
"I always had big boobs from being young, and when they all went down here, I thought well, I'm going to get a breast uplift to to put them back where they were.
"And I felt so much better about myself. I felt like me again. That's going to happen when you lose weight."
Before embarking on a Fat Buster Plan which consists of healthy eating and supplements, Sophie has resigned herself to being permanently overweight.
She explains: “I was in this rut, I just thought, ‘I’m big now, what’s the point? I’m fat now, who cares?’
“But that’s how you end up, getting bigger and bigger and bigger, and until something clicks in your head, you can’t do it."
Although she does not let the trolls bother her now, there was a time when their cruel comments left her depressed.
She told the Sun Online earlier this year: "I was looking at my inbox on Instagram and this man wrote a full paragraph about how fat and disgusting I was and how looking at me made him feel sick.
"At the end of it he went, ‘Go kill yourself.’ How bad is that? Someone wants me to die and my family lose their little girl because I’m fat, he wanted me to die and not be on this earth because of my weight."
