Desperate Katie Price begs Kieran Hayler to star in new series of reality show alongside toyboy Kris Boyson – and it won’t happen without him

Bosses are hoping it will make good telly if things kick off between her ex-husband Kieran and new boyfriend Kris

KATIE Price has signed ex-husband Kieran Hayler up to appear in the third series of her reality show – and it won’t happen without him.

Katie has begged Kieran to get on board and film scenes for the TV show and show bosses are hoping the tension between Kieran and Katie will create onscreen drama.

“At first, Kieran was off the show and Katie said she’d never let him appear onscreen again with her,” says a friend.

“But now relations have thawed a bit and they’re being civil for the kids, she’s agreed to let him appear in the third series.

“Bosses know that there will be drama and the next series can’t happen without it. It can’t be all about how loved-up Katie is with Kris.

“Kieran is happy to do it for a pay cheque and he’ll appear with Bunny and Jett.

“Bosses know that as soon as Katie parades Kris around in from of Kieran, things will kick off and it’ll make great telly.”

The Sun Online has approached Katie's representatives for comment.

Katie and Kieran appeared on two series' of the show before they split last year and Katie moved on with fitness fanatic Kris.

However she later ditched the personal trainer for new toyboy Alex Adderson, 25, and went on wild holiday with him in Majorca - where she was caught on camera rapping about coke.

Katie checked into rehab but things took a turn from the worse following her split with Alex the following week and the ex-glamour model went on a two-day bender.

She ended up crashing Kris' 30th birthday party and was later arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.

The pair have since rekindled their romance after she stormed out of her second rehab stint due to the "prison-like conditions".

Kieran has since moved on with Michelle Pentecost, who Katie screamed at last month - no doubt adding to their drama on the series.
