The official breakup confirmation came after fans noticed the absence of Lady Gaga's engagement ring.
Soon, the famous singer's representatives revealed the news and told : "It just didn't work out. Relationship sometimes end... There's no long dramatic story."
A source also told the publication: "Their friends knew they weren't going to work out in the long run. It always seemed Christian was more into the relationship than Gaga was."
In her documentary Gaga: Five Foot Two, the Oscar-winning star had said that whenever her career takes a successful turn, her love life goes down the drain.
Considering she has just accepted a Las Vegas residency and slayed the awards season thanks to her performance in A Star Is Born, it seems like her love life has had to take the hit once again.
