Lorraine Kelly dazzles in a polka dot shirt as she joins Fearne Cotton and Ashley Roberts at the Women Of The Year Awards
LORRAINE Kelly dazzled as she hit the red carpet for the Women Of The Year Awards in London today.
The telly star, 58, wore a sparkly polka dot shirt and black trousers at the event, which brings together more than 400 women from all walks of life.
Lorraine, who wore shiny gold stilettos, was joined on the red carpet by Fearne Cotton and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ashley Roberts.
During this morning's episode of her TV show Lorraine, the star said she fears this year's Strictly Come Dancing is "missing" its iconic comedy act - and fiery professional Brendan Cole.
The TV presenter delivered her verdict on the latest series after Seann Walsh and Katya Jones returned to perform for the first time since their drunken snog.
She told The Sun's Dan Wootton on her ITV show this morning: "I watched for the first time on Saturday, not for any other reason than I've been out a lot and I've got the cold so had to stay in.
"I think it really misses Brendan Cole you know, I really do.
"I think it misses the comedy act.
"The comedy act that we all think that's a laugh.
"But Seann and Katya went through."
A whopping 1.5million more people tuned in on Saturday night to see if sparks would fly between the shamed pair after getting caught kissing in the street - despite being in committed relationships.
Although the country has been gripped on the explosive cheating scandal revealed by The Sun on Sunday, Lorraine worries that the latest series is lacking something.
It's after professional dancer Brendan was axed from the show without warning.
The series' stars have also been branded “shockingly brilliant” by judge Darcey Bussell who revealed her favourites are Joe Sugg and Kate Silverton.
