STRICTLY'S shamed comedian Seann Walsh, 32, "doesn't look like he feels guilty" about his kissing scandal with married Katya Jones, 29, and is "confident and cocky" about his place on Strictly, according to body language expert Judi James
Body language expert Judi James says that Seann's body language after the Charleston, with his hands on his hips and an "overstretched fake-looking smile" showed no sign he felt bad about the events of the week - and even hinted that he was cocky about his place on the show.
"During the dance, even though the judges liked it, it looked like his mind was elsewhere and he was struggling," says Judi James.
"Even when he came out at the start of the show, he was displaying very confident body language and waving his arms and arching his back. It looked to me like Katya was trying to calm him down by patting him on the arm.
"Standing with his legs splayed and his hands on his hips is cocky, confident body language.
"To me, it looked like he thought that, with the apology on It Takes Two earlier this week, he thought that was enough and now he's putting it behind him and coming onto the show looking confident. It looked like he's put things behind him - it wasn't the body language of someone feeling any guilt or shame.
"When they were getting praised by the judges, Katya smiled with her lips pressed together and the edges of her mouth upturned - that's normally a smile of justification, where you're proved right."
Seann and Katya’s awkward routine was the first time Strictly viewers have seen the pair on the dancefloor since they were caught kissing outside a London pub behind their partners backs – something host Tess Daly joked about on the show tonight.
The pair were pictured snogging in the street last week, but they returned to the show tonight to take on the Charleston.
All eyes were on them as they returned to the dance floor, and fans flocked to Twitter to discuss the big moment.
Many joked that BBC bosses deliberately stripped their pair of their sexiness by dressing them as Where's Wally after the snogging furore.
A lot of fans vowed to support Seann, 32, despite the cheating scandal and they've vowed to vote for him.
One wrote: "I really hope Seann and Katya go through as their Charleston training looked really good."
Another added: "Seems appropriate that Seannnnnnn and Katya are dressed like Where's Wally. #Strictly."
A third wrote: "I take it they deliberately dressed Seann Walsh up as ‘Wally’. #Strictly."
After much deliberation, the BBC decided not to axe the pair for the kiss, meaning they will perform tonight in what Craig Revel Horwood has called a "dance of shame".
Beeb bosses decided to give the pair a Charleston instead of the Rumba, to steer the pair clear of a raunchy routine following their scandalous kiss.
The pair publicly apologised for their behaviour earlier this week, after Seann was publicly dumped by his long-term girlfriend Rebecca Humphries.
The actress slammed the comedian in a blistering statement on Twitter, which revealed the kiss had taken place on her birthday.
She claimed the comedian had called her a "psycho" for suspecting him of cheating, and revealed she's moved out of their flat and taken the cat with her.

The stand-up star has since apologised to Rebecca face-to-face, and is hoping he can win back the public's support on tonight's show.
Meanwhile Katya's husband Neil has ignored the scandal completely, and seemed in good spirits at Kevin Clifton's birthday celebrations today.
The Russian dancer has continued to assure fans their marriage is "absolutely fine" since photos of the kiss came to light.
The Sun Online revealed this week that the ‘mistake’ was far from a one off and the pair had been spotted holding hands and kissing every night for a week in the same pub.
