Baffled Coronation Street viewers declare Nick Tilsley ‘must have travelled by Tardis’ after he suddenly appeared at Leanne Battersby’s hospital bedside

CORONATION Street viewers were left baffled by Nick Tilsley sudden return in tonight's episode.

Fans of the show were delighted to see him back on the Cobbles, but couldn't understand how he got there so fast.

Nick rushed back to Weatherfield after ex-wife Leanne Battersby was seriously injured when she was hit by drug dealer Ronan Truman's car.

The scenes marked the return of actor Ben Price after 18 months away - and fans were thrilled to have him back.

However, many couldn't understand how he got there so quick as he was said to have moved away - as he even got there before her sister Toyah.

One even joked that he must have travelled by "Tardis".
