Katie Price fell off the wagon on booze binge five days before drink-drive arrest after fearing her life was ‘boring’ and desperately tried to hide it from her family
KATIE Price spectacularly fell off the wagon five days before her drink-drive arrest, The Sun Online can reveal.
The 40-year-old knocked back Strawberry Daiquiris with her 25-year-old boyfriend Alex Adderson on Saturday night and said boozing helped her feel “less boring”.

Katie was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in the early hours of this morning after crashing her pink Range Rover in South East London.
The mum-of-five had been out celebrating her ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson’s birthday.
Katie, who’s currently receiving treatment at The Priory, is supposed to abstain from drinking alcohol while in treatment and had desperately tried to keep her boozing secret from her family.
But after tiring of sobriety, she enjoyed a boozy night in Alex's house over the weekend.

A source explained: “Katie was knocking back Strawberry Daiquiris in Alex’s house on Saturday night.
“She drove there so she wouldn’t be tempted to drink but it didn’t take much for her to fall off the wagon.
“They went out for a while, but Alex had to stop drinking after two champagnes because Katie was draining cocktails. She kept saying ‘they are basically fruit salads’ and ‘one of my five a day’.”
Our insider added: “Katie says she needed a drink as her life is so boring at the moment.

“She wants to drink and let her hair down because she is dating a 25-year-old and doesn’t want him to think he’s with a boring granny, as she puts it.
“Katie is counting down the days until she can drink without feeling guilty.
“But given what happened this morning, that could take a while...”

Following her shock drink-driving arrest, Katie must now face the music from not only the police but her family, who have begged her to seek help.
The Sun exclusively revealed how she spent the night in the cells after being picked up by police at 2am.
Kris later arrived at the station looking stony-faced.
