Ann Widdecombe blasts Strictly’s Katya Jones for ‘lack of control’ with Seann Walsh snog and her husband should have demanded she quit
STRICTLY star Ann Widdecombe has blasted Katya Jones for not exerting more "self-control" after she cheated on husband Neil Jones.
The ex-politician - who appeared on the BBC show in 2010 - denied there was a "curse" on Good Morning Britain earlier today, as she gave her thoughts on The Sun On Sunday's exclusive pictures showing the pro dancer drunkenly snogging her dance partner, comedian Seann Walsh.

Former MP Ann, 71, said if she was Katya's husband Neil she would want the star to quit the show out of respect.
She revealed: “I have to say if I had been Katya’s husband, I would have just demanded she left the show for the rest of the series.
"I would have said, ‘I can’t trust you now you have to leave the show’.
"Given that he hasn’t taken that line and given that they have decided to go on dancing it’s now very much down to the viewers.
"It’s perfectly valid for the viewers to say, ‘I was going to vote for them but I think now I won’t because I don’t want to watch this for however many weeks it is’.”

Ann, who was partnered up with Anton Du Beke in 2010, looked outraged when she was asked by host Piers Morgan if there was any romance between them.
He asked: "I’ve been building everybody up to the exciting moment when I put this to you, did you ever get jiggy with Anton du Beke?”
She snapped back: “Don’t be silly! The point is, he was in it for the dancing, I was in for the fun and relaxation and that is what Strictly is supposed to be about.
"There is no such thing, Piers, as ‘The Curse of Strictly’, it isn’t some hex that makes people behave that way, it’s their own lack of control.”

The star then rolled her eyes when Piers began to interrupt her with another question.
She added: "He’s 20 years younger than me. Spare us Piers and stop talking rot!”
Of Jeremy Vine's comments about the challenges of dancing with a "goddess", Ann said: "About which he did nothing, that is the whole point.
"It’s the way people behave that counts.”

It comes as it was confirmed by BBC bosses that Katya and Seann will dance together on Saturday night.
On Monday night, the comic's girlfriend Rebecca Humphries issued a statement on Twitter revealing she was breaking up with him.
She said she was home alone on the night he was caught locking lips with his dance partner, and that he had previously called her a "psycho" for suspecting romance was brewing between him and the Russian pro dancer.
