MACAULAY Culkin delighted American Music Awards viewers on Tuesday after making a rare red carpet appearance.
The Home Alone actor attended the annual music event to present an award for Favourite Male Artist, which went to Post Malone.
Macaulay, 38, looked in good spirits on the red carpet, striking some funny poses for the photographers, a big smile on his face.
The actor looked smart in a blue suit and patterned shirt, and fans were delighted to see him looking so good after going through a difficult patch a few years ago.
In 2012, pictures of him looking gaunt emerged but thankfully his appearance now only served to delight fans.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "Wow Macaulay Culkin really got his life and act together.
"And he looks so adorable. Looks like that little kid I grew up watching in Home Alone. Good for you."
Another added: "I'm so happy Macaulay Culkin is healthy and looking good #AMAs".
A third agreed, tweeting: "It's good to see Macaulay Culkin!" while a fourth shared: "Macaulay looks soooo good! So happy for him! #AMAs".
Meanwhile Taylor Swift made history at the American Music Awards after scooping three gongs.

The triple win took her overall total to 22 gongs, surpassing the previous record set by Whitney Houston.
Taylor, 28, is now only two awards away from tying with Michael Jackson for the most wins, while three wins will see her become the most awarded artist ever.
Her friend Camila Cabello won two awards while Drake, who had received eight nominations alongside Cardi B, failed to win any.
