Loose Women fans stunned as Janet Street-Porter blasts Seann Walsh’s girlfriend and tells her to ‘get a grip’
LOOSE Women fans were left stunned today after panellist Janet Street-Porter told Seann Walsh's heartbroken ex-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries to "get a grip".
Last night Seann’s girlfriend of five years launched a scathing attack on the 32-year-old comedian as she declared their romance over – following the images of him smooching married dancer Katya Jones, 29.

In response to the Twitter statement, Janet, 71, claimed her message was "too long" and "boring".
Interjecting Ruth's reading of the statement, Janet said: "Ruth, we're already bored.
"As a former newspaper editor I thought, 'Get a grip, girl!' If she had brought this copy into my newspaper office, this is what I would do and this is what I did to her statement.
Adding: "I edited it savagely into something which would connect with other women."

Sharing her two cents, Janet then read out her edited version of the statement, which she believed should have been issued.
Janet read: "I am a not a victim, I am mad as hell. I am cross. I was so stupid and naive.
"Why did I waste time on someone not worthy of me? Then the stuff about it being her birthday... I suspected he was up to something, I should have hung up there and then and gone out with my friends.
"My message to women everywhere, you are worth better."
Although the audience applauded Janet's interpretation, viewers at home were up in arms as they felt the panel "skimmed" over some of the important points of Rebecca's statement.
One fan wrote: "@loosewomen you’re failing to acknowledge one crucial point - when @Beckshumps questioned Sean’s decision to go for a drink with Katya on her birthday, he referred to her as a 'psycho'! Verbal abuse is not ok in a relationship, yet you’re skimming over this."
Another shared: "@loosewomen @beckyhumphreys Sorry, I did not appreciate the way Janet Street Porter belittled Rebecca’s courageous statement. Can we remember who the victims were."
Janet's comments come after Rebecca revealed she has heard "nothing" from the comedian since it was revealed he had cheated on her with dance partner Katya.
The actress appeared to suggest she had received little - if no - apology from her ex-boyfriend, aside from his grovelling public statement hours after The Sun On Sunday released pictures showing him drunkenly kissing the pro dancer.
In a statement released to Twitter, which also saw her dump the comic, Rebecca wrote: "It's incredibly good of Sean(n) and Katya to apologise to the media.
"I have received nothing, other than the support of my family, friends, and a host of strangers on the internet who all wanted to make sure I was OK."

Rebecca took to Twitter last night to reveal she had walked out on Seann - and taken the cat - after The Sun On Sunday publishing shock pictures of him kissing Katya, 29, on a drunken night out in London.
Last night, Rebecca revealed Seann snogged his dance partner on her birthday and lied about his relationship with Katya.
It comes as The Sun revealed Rebecca had moved out of their home.
