Emily Ratajkowski heads to the gym as she’s seen for the first time since being arrested during Brett Kavanaugh protest
The 27-year-old returned to her normal routine following her time in police custody yesterday
EMILY Ratajkowski was seen for the first time since being arrested during a Brett Kavanaugh protest yesterday as she headed to the gym.
The model revealed she was being taken into custody as she shared a snap of her outside the Supreme Court in Washington DC.
She was holding a poster, which read: "Respect female existence or expect our resistance."
The 27-year-old told had joined protesters - including actress and comedian Amy Schumer - to oppose US President Donald Trump's nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
She captioned her social media post: "Today I was arrested protesting the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, a man who has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault. Men who hurt women can no longer be placed in positions of power.
"Kavanaugh’s confirmation as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States is a message to women in this country that they do not matter.
"I demand a government that acknowledges, respects and supports women as much as it does men."
Federal super cops were tasked by Trump last week to look into allegations of sexual misconduct levelled against Kavanaugh by three women.
Earlier this week, Trump mocked the "evil people" trying to destroy judge Kavanaugh at a rally in Mississippi.
