Who is Bono and how old is he?
Paul David Hewson, better known by his stage name Bono, was born 10 May 1960, and is best known as the frontman for Irish rock band U2.
His stage name came from childhood friend and Irish singer Gavin Friday who gave him the nickname Bono Vox, which is translated to good voice.
The 58-year-old helped form U2 has a teenager and the band has since become one of the world's most successful, with 14 studio albums, 22 Grammy Awards and over 170 million records sold worldwide.

Bono married activist and businesswoman Alison Hewson in August 1982 and the couple has four children together.
The rocker has daughters Jordan, 29, Memphis Eve, 27, and sons Elijah, 19, and John, 17.
His daughter Eve works as an actress and has recently been cast in The Luminaries as Anna Wetherell.
She had her TV breakout in The Knick and has also notched up a variety of film credits, including Steven Spielberg drama Bridge of Spies.

Bono has stated he's unsure whether U2 will tour again after his near-death-experience after revealing in December 2017 that he almost died recording U2's latest album.
He's now recently opened up to about his increasing health concerns and the demands of life on the road .
"I can't do as much as I used to. On previous tours, I could meet a hundred lawmakers in between shows and now I know I can't do that," Bono explained
It's not the first time the Irish rocker has faced ill health.
In 2000, Bono was checked for throat cancer after a specialist wanted to take a biopsy, which thankfully came back negative.
Then in 2010 he suffered a spinal injury which required emergency neurosurgery, and was hospitalised in 2015 after a cycling accident in New York's Central Park, which he refers to as a "comic tragedy."
