Who is Frank Brooks?

Frank Brooks is a 27-year-old senior marketing manager.

The Londoner describes himself as a trendsetter who likes to push boundaries with his sense of humour.

He says he often uses his charisma and charm to negotiate and build his group's morale.

Frank also admits that he plays people off against each other to get what he wants sometimes.

The manager was also one of this year's The Apprentice candidates that worked to tackle Lord Sugar's challenges.

He was fired in week three after failing the doughnut task.

Frank, who has gone back to this day job, added:  “At least I gave it my all and I think that is what I have to take away from this. I don’t have any regrets of being myself.”

Who is on the board of The Apprentice with Lord Sugar?

Lord Sugar needs "eyes and ears" on the ground during each week's tasks.

He used to be assisted by Nick Hewer and uber-shrewd Margaret Mountford.

But after legal aid Margaret left in 2009, West Ham CEO Karren Brady took over the role.

Then, in 2014, PR guru Nick left The Apprentice, and Claude Littner stepped in to replace him after years of acting as one of the official interviewers during the CV round.

In 2018, Karren and Claude are both back on the show spotting who is not pulling their weight during the tasks.

It aims to recreate the toughest of business environments and tasks for its set of contestants, but it is often very funny due to the incompetence and arrogance of the competitors.

It launched on BBC One on Wednesday, October 3, at 9pm and continues at the same time each week for 12 weeks.

It is followed by The Apprentice: You're Fired on BBC Two at 10pm, where the axed candidate is grilled by host Rhod Gilbert.
