Bodyguard fans convinced Chanel is long lost sister of Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson

Viewers are adamant that Julia Montague's former personal assistant - played by actress Stephanie Hyam - is related to the reality TV beauty

BODYGUARD fans are convinced Julia Montague's former personal assistant Chanel Dyson is the long lost sister of Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson.

As fans tuned in for the series finale on BBC One last night, they couldn't help but notice that Chanel - who's played by Stephanie Hyam - bears a striking resemblance to the reality TV beauty.

And they took to Twitter to make their feelings known.

One wrote: "Also!!! What about Chanel?!? What the hell part did she play in all this? Has she been arrested?

"Was she in on it all from the beginning? Did she join after she was fired? And is she Louise from Made In Chelsea’s long lost twin? #Bodyguard".

Another said: "Where was Julia’s ghost? Why didn’t the Qashqai explode? Was Chanel just Louise from Made In Chelsea? #bodyguard".

Nadiya reveals she built the bomb that killed Julia in shock Bodyguard twist

Starring Keeley Hawes, 42, as Home Secretary Julia Montague and Richard Madden, 32, as her bodyguard David Budd, it has become the biggest drama for more than a decade.

It's creator, Jed Mercurio, 52, said he left no loose ends because he wrote it as just one series.

He told The Sun: “To adopt a sporting phrase, we kind of decided to leave everything on the field for series one.

“If the ratings hadn’t been quite so high, then possibly everybody involved including the BBC would have said, ‘Well that was a nice little series but we’re just going to leave it at that and there won’t be any more’.

“So you are a hostage to fortune in that sense.

"And we do feel very privileged and fortunate that there’s been such a response that it gives us that opportunity to at least think about doing more.”

Asked for a specific date on when Bodyguard would return, he added: “I’m really not going to speculate on that because there’s so many factors that would go into it.

“It’s all about the script development, the production schedule and a whole bunch of things that are all part of a giant jigsaw puzzle which have to be put together with any production.”
